1. Customer shall report any shortages or damages within 72 hours after receiving the order. No claims will be accepted after that period.

2. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from receiving the products. All return items must be in resalable condition. Modified cabinetry,
cabinetry with drilled holes, boxes with missing parts are not returnable. All return items must be in their original packaging, or return will be declined. All assembled items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

3. Refrigerator panels, shelf boards, toe kicks and back panels are non-returnable.

4. All finished wood product exhibits color changes when exposed to light and environment. Differences in grains, mineral streaks and color variations are normal. All wood cabinetry will expand and contract due to temperature and humidity changes. Such expansion and contraction are expected and are not considered defects.
